Cadoia — iOS & Android app in production

Cadoia is a mobile app for collaborative gift list management, available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

Built end to end — Flutter interface, Firebase backend (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Storage, Push Notifications), website and AI-powered gift idea generator. I manage the product, development, design and growth alone.

This project taught me what it truly means to ship a mobile app: not just coding, but designing the onboarding, managing updates, listening to users, and evolving the product over time.

Both. For a long assignment or on-site mission, I work on a day rate (€450/day). For a defined project — MVP, specific feature, AI integration — I prefer a fixed price with a scope defined upfront. We'll discuss which suits best.

For an MVP focused on the core features, allow 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. A project takeover or isolated feature can take a few days to 2 weeks. I always scope the perimeter precisely before starting to avoid surprises.

Yes. The code is 100% yours, versioned on Git and documented. I don't create dependency on myself — if you want to take over the project or hand it to another team, everything is designed to make the transition easy.

Yes, entirely. I handle the Firebase backend (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, Push Notifications), submission to the App Store and Google Play, screenshots, descriptions and revision follow-up.

Mainly remotely — I'm based in Nantes and work all over France. We work on GitHub, Notion or your tools. I can travel occasionally for assignments in Île-de-France or major cities if the project justifies it.
